Come and see why it is impoortant to become a member of the Arts Council. The Storytelling Arts Center of the Southeast was formed in 2007 as a 501c3. Our hope is that you will become apart of our vision for the community. We want to be a source of uniting local artists of all kinds and connecting with other local businesses to generate revenue for all. This collaboration will enhance the art council, the artists, the communities and visitors to our county. Thank you for joining in the above efforts with giving and volunteering.

The Arts Council of Scotland County truly is the heART of our community. By becoming a member you:
- Enable local visual artists, musicians, poets, dancers and writers to share their original voices and visions;
- Expose our diverse community to a variety of artists and art forms;
- Provide creative people with an opportunity to connect and collaborate with each other;
- Expand the public’s view of the function and purpose of the arts in our lifestyle and community;
- Unite our community as we discover common ground through the arts;
- Generate revenue for local businesses through cultural tourism.
